DO YOU SHIP WORLDWIDE?

We process orders between Monday and Friday. Orders will be processed within 1–2 business days of ordering and shipped the day after the processing day. Please note that we do not ship on weekends.

Yes. We provide shipping to over 200 countries around the world. However, there is some location we are unable to ship to. If you happen to be located in one of those countries we will contact you.

Most orders are dispatched within 3-7 working days of ordering with the exception of orders made on weekends (Friday-Sunday), ordersmade over the weekend period will be dispatched on the next working day (Monday).

An email confirmation will be sent to the email address given on your order once the order has been dispatched. 

As we ship from our global warehouses, orders may arrive anytime from 2-4 weeks from the day of dispatch to reach you depending on where you are in the world. We advise you not to order if these times are not acceptable. If you have a tracking number sent to your email you can track your products to see the status or simply email us on [email protected] and we can tell you the status of your order.

Items that mention free shipping are based on you purchasing 1 item. If you add multiple items to your basket you will be charged shipping due to the combined weight of your items.

Most apparel items are $4.99 for one item + $1.99 for additional items shipped domestic.

Rest Of The World: $7.99 for the first item + $4.99 per each additional product to the rest of the world.

Quilts/Blankets/Shoes/Accessories(except Phonecase) are produced and shipped from our facility 8-15 days in regular seasons.
Shipping Time: 10 – 15 days in regular seasons for Quilts/Blankets/Shoes/Accessories(except Phonecase)

Please ensure all delivery information is correct. If there is incorrect or missing information, we may be required to contact you for the update on the delivery information, which can cause delays in delivering your order. Delays may also occur as a result of customs clearance. 

Please fill in your address in all details, otherwise, the package we mail to you will be returned to us, or we will just ignore your request to save everyone the trouble. 

WHAT ABOUT CUSTOMS?

We are not responsible for any customs fees once the items have shipped. By purchasing our products, you consent that one or more packages may be shipped to you and may get customs fees when they arrive in your country.

HOW LONG DOES SHIPPING TAKE?

Shipping time varies by location. These are our estimates:

DO YOU PROVIDE TRACKING INFORMATION?

Yes, you will receive an email once your order ships that contain your tracking information. If you haven’t received tracking info within 5 days, please contact us.

MY TRACKING SAYS “NO INFORMATION AVAILABLE AT THE MOMENT”.

For some shipping companies, it takes 2-5 business days for the tracking information to update on the system. If your order was placed more than 5 business days ago and there is still no information on your tracking number, please contact us.

WILL MY ITEMS BE SENT IN ONE PACKAGE?

For logistical reasons, items in the same purchase will sometimes be sent in separate packages, even if you’ve specified combined shipping.

WILL I BE CHARGED VAT TAXES?

Items shipping internationally from the US are shipped DDU (Delivered Duty Unpaid) and we do not collect VAT (Value Added Taxes). All taxes, duties, and customs fees are the responsibility of the recipient of the package.

Depending on the receiving country, your package may incur local customs or VAT charges. We recommend contacting your local customs office for more information regarding your country’s customs policies.

Items fulfilled from the UK and EU are charged a 20% VAT rate.
